Get Ready for Our 2-day desert tour from Ouarzazate, tracing the Route of the Thousand Kasbahs, exploring picturesque valleys, and discovering the Gorges of Todra. Experience the beauty of Merzouga Desert with traditional Moroccan tea, a mesmerizing sunset, and an overnight stay in a Berber Jaima. Day two includes a sunrise viewing, followed by a return to Ouarzazate through charming villages and the Draa Valley. This brief yet immersive adventure reveals the diverse landscapes and cultural richness of Morocco.
On the first day of the desert tour from Ouarzazate: the Hollywood of Africa, we will travel to Merzouga. Going through the route of the Thousand Kasbahs, the palm grove of Skoura, the kasbah Amredyl, the valley of Roses, and the valley of Dades where we stop to take pictures and enjoy the beautiful views. After visiting the Gorges of Todra, we will leave in the direction of Erfoud, passing through the palm grove of Tinjdad to get to Touroug where lunch will take place. From here we have only one and last stop and it will be the desert of Merzouga. Once arrived, we will have a cup of Moroccan tea before heading to the highest dune to attend the sunset and continue on the dromedaries to the Berber camp where we will spend the first night of the trip.

Day 2: Merzouga – Draa Valley – Ouarzazate.
On the second day, wake up early to attend the sunrise. After returning to the lodge to shower, rest, and have breakfast, we will depart to Ouarzazate. Passing through Rissani whose market is the largest in the country, the Berber villages of Alnif, Tazarine, Nkob, and the Draa Valley where the kasbah of Alkaid Ali is located in Tamnougale. We will follow the road to Agdez and then cross the Tizi-n-Tinififft port 1660 meters of altitude to reach Ouarzazate. This will end our desert tour from Ouarzazate.
